If there’s one thing Brazil has a lot to offer is wonderful female singers! I love Elis Regina, Maria Bethânia and Gal Costa, but there are hundreds of others as good as them who don’t get the recognition they deserve either here or abroad. It’s worth the effort going after their albums!
